Chandragiri Hills is a viewpoint on the south-western rim of the Kathmandu Valley, reached by cable car from Thankot. From the summit, over 2,500 metres above sea level, visitors can see the Himalayan range on a clear day, including peaks from Annapurna to Everest. The hilltop also has the Bhaleshwor Mahadev temple and a viewing tower.
